Starting with our management team and service coordinators, our on-site technicians, and invoicing specialists, American Door has adapted its business practices to meet the needs of maintenance managers and their corporate customers. This includes direct web call processing and tracking, paperless service ticketing and invoicing, and electronic payment processing.

Complementing its 24-hour emergency service AMERICAN DOOR maintains its own overhead door manufacturing plant and parts warehouse. This enables AMERICAN DOOR to quickly and efficiently resolve all point-of-entrance security issues. In most cases our customers find that their emergencies are respond to within two (2) hours and most repairs are complete the next business day. AMERICAN DOOR can even ship hard to get door parts and hardware to local service providers all across the continental United States.
